Warranty & Liability Terms
Parts Warranty
TMP Global Ltd provides a one-year limited warranty on all products, covering defects in materials and workmanship when installed correctly, starting from the date of purchase.
Warranty Coverage
Upon inspection of returned faulty goods, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair or replace the defective item free of charge.
- Decline the claim if the issue falls outside the scope of warranty coverage.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Any labour costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or associated expenses.
Warranty Void Conditions
The warranty will be considered null and void if the product has been:
- Submerged in water.
- Subjected to improper use, negligent handling, overheating, or insufficient lubrication.
- Burned out, tampered with, disassembled, or otherwise misused.
Claim Process
To file a warranty claim, faulty parts must be returned to our registered address with a written fault description. A reasonable period must be allowed for inspection and evaluation.
General Exclusions & Limitations
This warranty does not apply to:
- Routine maintenance or normal wear and tear.
- Failure of components not included in the original sale.
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
Liability Limitations
TMP Global Ltd shall not be held responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, business disruptions, or management time.
However, we do not exclude liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Our total liability under these terms is capped at 125% of the original purchase price for any single incident or series of related incidents.
