At TMP Global LTD, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our returns policy provides a straightforward process to facilitate returns and refunds.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

  • We only provide a prepaid shipping label for items that are damaged or incorrect. For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Restocking & Cancellation Fee

If you choose to cancel your order, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover shipping and restocking charges. This fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from any payments made before cancellation.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work promptly to resolve any issues.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (special orders, personalised items)
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Personal care items (beauty or hygiene products)
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Parts Warranty

All correctly installed products are covered by a limited parts warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of sale.

Warranty Limitations:

  • This warranty does not cover labor costs for removal or reinstallation, or any associated expenses.
  • Faulty items must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Depending on the manufacturer’s findings, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
  • The warranty does not cover damage due to submersion, deliberate misuse, mishandling, electrical faults, or tampering. Any such actions void the warranty.

For warranty claims, parts must be returned to our registered address with a written fault description. We require a reasonable opportunity to investigate any claims before determining the appropriate resolution.
