Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
✔ Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
✔ Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
✔ Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

Please note:
- A return shipping label will only be provided for damaged or faulty items.
- Customers returning items for other reasons (e.g., change of mind) must cover the return shipping costs.
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Recambios Restocking & Shipping Fee
If you choose to cancel your order, a 15% restocking fee will apply to cover shipping and handling costs. This charge is non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive:
✔ A defective or damaged item.
✔ An incorrect item that does not match your order.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
🚫 Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers).
🚫 Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders).
🚫 Personal care products (e.g., beauty and hygiene items).
🚫 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
🚫 Sale items and gift cards – these are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest method is:
1️⃣ Return the item as per our Returns Policy.
2️⃣ Once your return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Parts Warranty
All products, when installed correctly, are covered by a limited 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of purchase.
Warranty Conditions
- This warranty does not cover labour costs, installation/removal fees, or associated expenses.
- Faulty products must be returned to the manufacturer for testing and evaluation.
- Based on the manufacturer’s findings, we may:
✔ Repair the product.
✔ Replace it with the same or a superior item.
✔ Deny the warranty claim if the defect does not meet warranty criteria.
Exclusions
The warranty is void if the product has been subject to:
🚫 Submersion or water damage.
🚫 Deliberate misuse or abuse.
🚫 Careless handling or neglect.
🚫 Tampering, dismantling, or unauthorized repairs.
🚫 Electrical damage (e.g., burnt-out units).
Warranty Claims Process
- To file a warranty claim: Contact us at support@tmpglobal.store with a description of the issue.
- Return the product to our registered address with packaging intact and a written explanation of the fault.
- Allow us reasonable time to investigate the issue before a resolution is provided.
