🇺🇸 USA Trade Accounts — What’s Happening and What Comes Next

A Note to Our U.S. Business Partners

As of May 8th, 2025, we’ve made the tough but necessary decision to temporarily pause all USA Trade Accounts.

This isn’t a step we’ve taken lightly — our U.S. business customers have played a big role in our growth, and we’re incredibly grateful for the interest and support from across the Atlantic. However, with rising import tariffs and logistical complications, maintaining affordable and competitive pricing for U.S.-based trade accounts has become increasingly difficult.

Why Are USA Trade Accounts on Hold?

Over the past several months, tariffs on imported goods into the United States have driven up costs by approximately 10–15% on average. For retail customers, this has resulted in slightly inflated pricing at checkout — but for bulk buyers and trade accounts, these added costs make wholesale orders impractical and unfair.

Rather than pass these extra fees on to you or compromise the integrity of our trade pricing, we’ve chosen to hit pause and restructure our U.S. operations behind the scenes.

Here’s What We’re Doing About It

Our team is now fully focused on launching a U.S.-based distribution center, with the goal of reopening USA Trade Accounts sometime in July 2025.

Once live, our American distribution center will allow us to:

  • Eliminate import-related inflation on orders

  • Offer faster and cheaper domestic shipping

  • Reinstate true wholesale pricing for U.S. partners

  • Improve support and logistics through a localised team

This is a big step forward — not just for us, but for all the businesses we serve in the United States.

What About U.S. Retail Customers?

If you're a regular U.S. customer, you can still shop on our store as normal. Just note that prices may currently reflect the 10–15% tariff-related inflation, and shipping times may vary based on customs and border processing.

We’re actively working to make this a temporary situation.

Want to Be First in Line When We Relaunch?

We’re still accepting Trade Account sign-ups from U.S. businesses during this pause.

  • When you sign up now, you’ll be added to the front of the queue for activation as soon as we go live.

  • You’ll also receive email updates on our U.S. distribution center progress, launch timelines, and exclusive rollout offers.

📬 Sign up now to be among the first to access our U.S. Trade pricing and benefits.

You can also scroll to the bottom of this page and subscribe to our newsletter in the footer. We’ll send updates as we reach key milestones in our U.S. setup — including warehouse location, inventory arrival, soft launch access, and the official Trade Account reopening.

Final Thoughts

We believe that pausing USA Trade Accounts is the most fair and transparent choice we could make during this transition. We value our business community and refuse to offer anything less than the best — even if that means waiting a little longer to get it right.

Thank you for your continued patience, trust, and enthusiasm. Big things are on the way. 🇺🇸
