How to use the parts finder:

Step 1

  1. Choose your Application (Inboard engine, outboard engine, Sterndrive, etc...)
  2. Choose your Make (Volvo Penta, MerCruiser, Mercury, Yanmar, Yamaha, Tohatsu, etc...)
  3. Choose your Model/Series (D3, D6, KAD, FT50, etc...)
  4. Hit "Find ..." to find your match and open one.
  5. Hit "Save this..." to save your selection to speed things up in the future, then Hit "Use ... details" for Step 2.

Step 2

Choose a Parts Category: (Your desired category may not appear if we have not matched your selection to products within that category - you can still use the search bar at the top for a refined search).

Step 3

Choose the Part you are After...Done!

What information do I need to use the Parts Finder?

You need to know the type of application, such as an inboard engine, outboard, sterndrive, saildrive, gearbox or generator, plus its manufacturer and model or series. Use the model shown on the equipment identification plate, service paperwork or manufacturer documentation. If you know the exact model version, you can add it to narrow the results; otherwise, leave it blank to search the wider model family.

Does every product shown definitely fit my engine or drive?

Not automatically. The Parts Finder narrows the catalogue using the fitment information available for your selection, but compatibility can still depend on the exact model version, production year, serial range or installation. Always read the product’s fitment notes and compare any OEM or part numbers before ordering. Contact TMP Global if you need confirmation.

Why is the same part listed for several different makes or models?

Some filters, impellers, bearings, seals and other components are used across multiple engines, drives or manufacturers. The Parts Finder connects that product separately to each supported application; it does not mean those engines or drives are identical. Check the product page for any model-specific or serial-range restrictions.

What should I do if the Parts Finder shows no products?

No results does not necessarily mean the part is unavailable. It means there is not currently a published product confidently connected to that selection in the Parts Finder. Send TMP Global the manufacturer, full model designation, serial number and any number printed on the old part. A clear photograph of the equipment plate or existing part can also help us identify it.

Can I save my engine or drive for future searches?

Yes. Select Save this engine, Save this drive or the equivalent option after finding your application. If you are signed in, it will be saved to your TMP Global account and appear under Saved Applications, including when you use the same account on another device. If you are not signed in, you will be asked to sign in or create an account first.
