REC46-8M0113734 is a Recmar aftermarket GM V6/V8 marine engine circulating water pump for MerCruiser, Volvo Penta, OMC, Crusader and Pleasurecraft small-block petrol engines. It replaces the MerCruiser 46-8M0113734 water pump assembly and the earlier 8503991 pump family.

This is the front engine circulation pump for the block cooling circuit, not a sterndrive or outdrive impeller pump. It helps maintain correct engine temperature by circulating cooling water or coolant through the engine and is a direct replacement where the original parts list calls for the 46-8M0113734, 8503991, Volvo Penta 3853850 or Sierra 18-3599 style pump.

Designed for GM-based marine V6 and small-block V8 applications, this pump suits selected 4.3L V6 engines and 5.0L, 5.7L and 6.2L V8 engines. The bi-directional design supports standard and counter-rotation engine setups using this pump style, and mounting gaskets are included for installation.
