REC3582310 is an aftermarket mechanical diesel fuel lift / feed pump for selected Volvo Penta 30, 31, 40, 41, 42, 43, 44 and 300 series marine diesel engines. It is the low-pressure supply pump that draws fuel forward from the tank and filter side to support consistent delivery to the injection system.

This pump is commonly cross-referenced to Volvo Penta 3582310 and 860320, and is also widely used when replacing earlier 1542170 pump installations. Based on the supplied product photos and late-style aftermarket listings, this version uses inline female threaded ports for banjo-bolt style fuel connections, includes a manual priming lever, and is supplied with the mounting gasket equivalent to Volvo Penta 3501530.

Important: if your engine currently uses the earlier 1542170 pump with the older V-shaped / offset fitting arrangement, extra Volvo Penta conversion pipe or hose parts may be required. Commonly cited conversion parts are 860447 for earlier 4-cylinder families and 860448 for earlier 6-cylinder families. Banjo bolts, sealing washers and any conversion hose/pipe should be checked against your exact engine model and serial number before ordering.
