Klarna Payment Information & Terms

Klarna may be available as a payment method for eligible orders at TMP Global. This page explains who to contact about your order and where to find the terms that apply if you choose to use Klarna.

1. Availability and eligibility

If Klarna is offered for your order, the available option or options will be shown at checkout. Availability can depend on your circumstances, the order and Klarna's own eligibility checks. TMP Global cannot guarantee that a particular customer or purchase will be approved.

Before choosing a Klarna payment option, read the information shown during the application and checkout process, including the repayment schedule, any charges, the consequences of missing a payment and the terms of your agreement.

2. Your payment agreement

Where you use a Klarna credit or deferred payment option, the finance agreement is made with the relevant Klarna provider, not TMP Global. Klarna is responsible for the lending decision, the agreement it offers and the management of payments under that agreement.

Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively affect your financial circumstances and ability to obtain credit. Consider whether the repayments are affordable before applying.

3. Orders, returns and refunds

TMP Global remains responsible for supplying your order and dealing with product queries, cancellations, returns and any remedies you are entitled to under consumer law.

If you need to return an item or cancel an order, contact TMP Global and follow our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Once an eligible refund has been processed, Klarna will handle the relevant adjustment to your payment arrangement. Please check your Klarna account for the latest payment position.

Making a return request to TMP Global does not necessarily suspend a payment that is due to Klarna. If a payment is approaching, check the available options directly with Klarna.

4. Who to contact

This page does not replace the terms of any credit agreement entered into with Klarna or affect your rights relating to your purchase from TMP Global.
